Mushroom with peas

Ingredients
1 punnet mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp whole jeera
1 tsp ginger and garlic
2 green chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
1/4 cup oil
1 cup peas
1tsp dhania powder
1tsp tumeric powder
1tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Method
Brown onions. Add jeera. Add all other spices and braise for a few minutes. Add ginger and garlic, tomato, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt to taste. Once tomato has cooked add mushrooms. Cook on med heat until oil comes to the top. Add peas last and cook for about 5 mins.
Serve with roti.
