2 cups butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1cup caster sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp bicarb
1.5 cups chana flour
2.5 tsp elatchie
3 and a bit cups flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add essence, elatchie, bicarb and chana flour. Mix well. Gradually add flour till it can form balls. Roll in icing sugar until coated. Add little on the top as well to create spikes.
