SEWE MINUTE SJOKOLADE MIKROGOLF POEDING

Bestanddele:

1 kp Koekmeel

150 ml suiker

3 e kakao

250 ml lou water

1 t vanilla

4 t bakpoeier

1/2 t sout

2 eiers

1/4 koppie olie

Metode:

Sif meel, sout, kakao, suiker en bakpoeier saam. Meng geklitste eiers met lou water en olie en voeg vanilla by.

Voeg droë bestandele by eier mengsel en meng baie goed.

Gooi in gesmeerde bak, en bak vir 7min op hoog in mikrogolf.

Los in die oond vir 1 minute voor jy uithaal.

Smelt intussen 1 blikkie Idealmelk, 2eetl kakao en 150 ml suiker in kastrolletjie. Bring tot kookpunt en gooi 1 t vanilla by. Gooi oor warm poeding. Bedien met vla.
