Beef Sausage Bake

12 Thin Beef Sausages or 5 Gourmet Sausages
400g frozen country-style mixed vegetables, thawed
100g cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (420g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Tip:
Use any soup you prefer the taste, salt reduced cream of vegetable is nice, as is.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Combine all in a casserole dish and season with pepper. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncover, stir and bake for a further 15 minutes. Enjoy!
