Mushroom and Potato Bake

6 Large potatoes boiled and mashed with 4 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup pouring cream
Braise a large punnet of brown mushrooms with onions, 3 green chillies, garlic and salt. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add 1/2 cup of pouring cream and braise on low heat for 5 mins.
Layer a casserole dish with the mushrooms, top with mash and then with grated cheese and bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees Celsius
Dinner Rolls (excuse the shape of mine but it tastes great)
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of milk
Combine and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. I doubled the mixture and got 12 dinner rolls.
