400ml suiker

80g botter

2 ekstra groot eiers

500ml koekmeel

7ml koeksoda

10ml bakpoeier

50ml kakao

500ml melk

30ml asyn

40ml appelkooskonfyt

Sous:

150g botter

300ml room of melk

180ml suiker

Oond 180 C

Smeer oondbak

Klits botter en suiker tot romerig. Klits eiers by. Sif meel,koeksoda,bakpoeier en kakao. Meng melk,asyn en konfyt. Voeg dit en droe bestanddele om die beurt by eiermengsel. Meng goed saam. Skep in oondbak en bak 30min.

Bring sous tot kookpunt.

As poeding uit oond kom, sny die poeding in groot blokke en gooi warm sous oor. Sit terug in die oond (wat reeds afgesit is) vir 5 minute
