To fill an 8″ x 8″ square tin, you will need:

INGREDIENTS:

500g white chocolate

1 (397g) tin of condensed milk

2 tbsp/1 oz of butter

1 pack of oreo cookies

DIRECTIONS:

*Begin by lining your tin with foil or baking paper, this helps to lift it out for cutting once set.

*Start off by crumbling half the pack of cookies (about 7) into the tin, crumble them into pieces and spread them evenly round the tin

*Break the 500g chocolate into a saucepan and add the butter

*Pour in the tin of condensed

*Stir over a low heat until the butter and all the chocolate has melted, then pour out into the tray over the broken cookies

*Crumble the remaining cookies over the top and press down slightly

*Leave to chill for at least an hour, but better overnight
