Boerewors Braai Snackers

Ingredients
800 g Good quality Boerewors cut into 5cm pieces
10 ml Robertsons Crushed Chillies
10 ml Robertsons Mixed Herbs
200 g Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
200 g Streaky Bacon
Instructions
Cut each piece of wors open lengthwise but not all the way through. Place a piece of cheese in the slit and sprinkle with Robertsons Crushed Chillies and Mixed Herbs.
Wrap a piece of bacon around the wors to seal the cheese in. Secure with a tooth pick.
Braai over medium coals until cooked through and golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm straight off the braai.
