Chinese meatballs

MEATBALLS
• 500 g pork mince
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 4-6 spring onions, chopped
• 60 ml (¼ c) chopped fresh parsley
• 1 egg, whisked
• 25 g white breadcrumbs
•
SAUCE
• 45 ml (3 T) sugar
• 45 ml (3 T) brown vinegar
• 15 ml (1 T) sweet chilli sauce
• 125 ml (½ c) tomato sauce
• 15 ml (1 T) soy sauce
• 15 ml (1 T) honey
• noodles to serve
1 MEATBALLS Mix all the ingredients and shape into 24 small meatballs. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2 Put 12 meatballs on a plate and microwave for 2 ½ -3 minutes until just done.
3 Repeat with the rest of the meatballs.
4 SAUCE Mix all the sauce ingredients in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
5 Add the meatballs to the sauce and mix.
6 Serve on a bed of noodles.
