English Pea Salad

Tastes better than it looks !!!!!

300gr Frozen Peas thawed and drained (ongekook slegs ontdooi)

8 pieces of bacon ( crispy )+ crumbled

4 boiled eggs coarsely chopped

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

4 Tablespoons of mayonnaise (add more if you use more meat, mushrooms and onion)

1 cup of cheddar cheese (or cubed)

Salt/Pepper to taste

OPTIONAL

Exchange the bacon with any cold meat e.g ham or chicken (approx 1/2 cup)

1/2 onion thinly sliced (optional)

4 Mushrooms - sliced (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Serve
