Prepare, gather and have ready all your ingredients in front of you before you begin cooking – this is known as mis en place.
Ingredients
Vanilla Ice-Cream
Ginger
5 or 6 Ginger Biscuits crushed
Instructions
Just scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and allow it to soften slightly.
Sprinkle on Ginger (about 2 ml per scoop), as well as the crushed biscuits.
Stir until it is well distributed throughout the ice cream.
Then refreeze and enjoy once the ice cream is firm again.
