Another family recipe that has been passed down..
Ingredients
3 cups sugar
4 cups water
16 granadillas
3 teaspoons tartaric acid
METHOD
Scoop the granadilla pulp into a large bowl and sprinkle with tartaric acid. Boil sugar and water for 15 minutes. Pour onto granadillas, mix and cool. Bottle. This is a concentrate and can be served with water or soda water and crushed ice..Refreshing for the hot summer days..
