Mince Curry with Double Beans

Ingredients
750g mince
1 cup double beans (steamed to soften)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
Chillies
Ginger and garlic
Curry leaves
1 tsp whole jeera
1tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp garum masala
3 tsp kashmiri masala
2 tsp chilli powder
Oil
Method
Heat oil. Add whole jeera and onions. Cook until lightly browned.
Add mince, ginger and garlic and salt.
Braise a few minutes then add spices.
After about 5 mins add tomato, curry leaves and chillies.
Once tomato is cooked add double beans. Cover until cooked.
