1.5 kilo chicken..
1 n quarter tsp robertsons paprika
Salt to taste.
2 tsp garlic n ginger paste.
1n half tsp white pepper.
Half cup oil
Half tsp blackpepper powder.
Merinade chicken for half hour.
Heat oil on high n pack chicken quick fry on high on both sides for 3 to 4 minut3s on each side.
Reduce heat and cook on medium flame for half hour or till done turning chicke in between...once done increase heat and fry till a brownish roasted color tossing chick3n..
