Quick and Easy Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 large egg
Milk
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 220’C.
Sift together all the dry ingredients. Add egg to cup (1 cup measurement) and beat. Now top with milk to make 1 cup full. Add dry ingredients, cheese and mix till combined. Spoon into greased muffin tins till each cup ¾ full and bake at 220’C for 10 to 15 minutes.
