1.Dit is eintlik baie maklik om bokkoms te maak. Die ryg en ophang is net bietjie uitputtend en ek het dit nognie probeer nie, maar ek glo mens kan dit met enige vis/vleis doen. Dit is tog immers wat die ou mense vroeëre jare gedoen het.

Kry vir jou 'n houer, ek het sommer van daardie blou 100 liter dromme gehad wat met die deksel en die ring toeknip. 'n Mens kan seker kleiner ook gaan.

Gaan na die Ko-op en koop 'n sak growwe sout.

Gooi onder in die drom so 'n 20mm laag sout, plaas 2 lae vis daarop. Gooi weer 'n 20 mm laag sout en so gaan jy aan tot die drom vol is. Sit die deksel op, wag drie dae en hang dan op.

Die sout trek al die vog uit die vis en as dit droog word, is dit bokkoms.

Ek wonder hoe sal karp, geelvis en baber smaak as mens dit doen?
