Chocolate Orange Cheesecake!

INGREDIENTS:
300g digestive biscuits
110g butter, melted
120ml whipping cream
160g Terry's chocolate orange
2 tbsp cocoa powder
110g caster sugar
200g cream cheese - for extra flavour you can use chocolate cream cheese!
Grated chocolate (chocolate orange again if you like) and cocoa powder for topping
DIRECTIONS:
*Crush the digestive biscuits to small crumbs and add the melted butter
*Add to the lightly greased cake tin, and push firmly down to the base
*Put in the fridge to firm up while you make the filling
*Whisk the whipping cream to soft peaks
*Melt the chocolate and allow to cool, then add to the cream.
*Mix well
*Add the cocoa powder and sugar, stirring thoroughly
*Mix through the cream cheese until all ingredients are completely combined
*Pour on top of the cheesecake base and put in the fridge for 6-8 hours!
*Before serving sift cocoa powder over the top, and grated chocolate over that.
