1 kg hake or any firm fish
2 tblsp garlic sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fish spice
1 tsp green masala
3 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon pepper
5 tblsp olive oil
Fresh chopped parsley
Marinate fish with above ingredients, put on pieces of foil, top with sliced tomato, green pepper and onion rings, season with salt and pepper, put a blob of butter.
Close tightly and braai over hot coal
