GEBAKTE VIS MET TARTAARSOUS

6 stokvis filette, ontdooi indien bevrore

1 vars suurlemoen

Sout en vars gemaalde swart peper na smaak

80ml klaar bereide tartaarsous

2 uie fyngesny in ringe

Paar tiemietakkies

Metode:

Voorverhit die oond tot 200°C en voer ‘n bakplaat met foelie uit.

Smeer liggies.

Pak gesnyde uie onder in jou pan en gooi so n halwe koppie water bo-op

Pak die vis op die uie en geur die vis met suurlemoensap, sout en peper en visspeserye

Smeer ‘n goeie lepel of twee tartaarsous oor elke porsie vis [smeer maar genoeg]

Oondrooster tot die vis en uie deurgaar is. Sit dadelik voor op fyn aartappels met ‘n paar takkies tiemie bo-op en heerlike groenslaai.
