Gebruik 10 lam of vark loin tjops

vir die sous/marinade

1 koppie blatjang

1 koppie persekonfyt

1/2 kop heuning

1 kop louwarm water

3 el kookolie

2 el bruinsuiker

2 el suurlemoensap

1 tl roosmaryn

1 tl matige kerriepoeier

sout peper na smaak

Meng al die bestanddele vir die sous baie goed saam

Giet oor tjops en marineer vir 8 ure of oornag nog beter

Braai tjops oor matige kole tot goudbruin, bedruip tussendeur met sous.
