LEMON AND GARLIC FILLET STEAK

Prep time: 15 to 25 Minutes
Marinating time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2ml freshly chopped rosemary
100ml lemon juice
5ml freshly ground black pepper
20ml olive oil
750g beef fillet
Method:
1. Mix crushed garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, black pepper and olive oil together. Pour over the beef fillet and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cook over medium coals on the braai. Don't overcook otherwise the fillet will become tough.
3. Serve with either roasted vegetables or cooked baby potatoes and salad.
