Spicy And Tender Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients
5 -6 centre-cut pork loin chops
3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 -4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
Brown chops in oil in skillet.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Discard oil.
Combine then add remaining ingredients to cooker.
Cover.
Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
Serve over rice.
