One small bag of baby carrots

3 tablespoons of garlic

Sear the roast on all sides

Saute the chopped onion and just as they are turning translucent add 3-4 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic and saute for only a few minutes.

Put the roast on top of the onions. Add baby potatoes, carrots, quartered onions,

Season to taste

After spicing - Pour beef (or chicken) stock over everything.

Make sure you add some bricks on the lid, Never know the monkeys might decide to help themselves....
