Banana Sour Cream Bread

3/4 cup Butter
3 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
6 ripe Bananas, mashed
1 16oz. container Sour Cream
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Soda
4 1/2 cups Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 4 7x3 inch loaf pans or 9 mini loaf pans. In a large bowl, cream Butter & 3 cups Sugar. Mix in Eggs, mashed Bananas, Sour Cream, Vanilla & Cinnamon. Mix in Salt, Baking Soda & Flour. Pour into baking pans. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack & cover once cooled. Enjoy!!!
