Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups flour
1½ teaspoons royal baking powder
2 tablespoons boiling water
Jam
Method
Beat eggs and sugar. Add boiling water. Add dry ingredients. Bake in greased pan for 15 minutes at 400. Turn out onto damp sugared serviette, spread jam while hot and roll up
