Calzone pizza

Makes 6 pizzas

Preparation time: 15 min

Baking time: 30 min

DOUGH

1,5 kg readymade bread dough

FILLING

1 egg

250 g crumbly cottage cheese

salt and freshly ground black pepper

15-30 ml (1-2 T) tomato pesto (optional)

100 g spinach leaves, shredded

1 can (185 g) tuna, drained

100 g baby Roma tomatoes, halved (optional)

Preheat the oven to 190 °C and grease a baking sheet.

DOUGH

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm and cut out circles, 15 cm in diameter.

Arrange the dough circles on the baking sheet.

FILLING

Mix the ingredients and spoon 45-60 ml (3-4 T) of the mixture into the middle of each dough circle.

Brush the edges with water and fold the dough over the filling.

Press the edges with a fork.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the crust is done.
