Meng botter garlic en pietersielie goed deur rasper die kaas In n aparte bord braai mushrooms dreieneer al die sappe van die mushrooms sny die rolletjies in 4 skywe smeer elke deel lekker dik met die garlic botter plaas nou in elke gleuf n bietjie mushrooms sit nou in elke gleuf n bietjie mozzarella kaas sprinkel op kaas n bietjie italian herbs draai elkeen afsonderlik toe in foil plaas op braai rooter na al die vleis klaar gebraai is draai so af en toe die brooitjies op heerlik saam met braaivleis
