8 wildsvleis skywe (filet) 10ml sout

25ml olie 1 ui, gekap

250g sampioene, gesny 100ml rooi wyn OF 50ml sjerrie

5ml Worcester sous 250ml room of joghurt

25ml meelblom 5ml gekapte tiemie

vars gemaalde swart peper

Sprinkel sout oor die wildsvleis skywe. Verhit die olie in 'n braaipan en sauté die uie en sampioene. Verwyder van die hitte en hou warm. Verhit die braaipan en braai die vleis aan beide kante tot die vleis net gaar is. Voeg die uie en sampioene, wyn en worcestersous by. Kook vir 'n paar minute. Meng die room en die meel en gooi oor die vleis. Roer die tiemie en swart peper by. Prut vir 5 minute en bedien met bruin rys of noedels.
