Microwave sweet and sour pork

30 ml (2 T) tomato sauce
15 ml (1 T) soy sauce
15 ml (1 T) sugar
30 ml (2 T) white wine vinegar
15 ml (1 T) cornflourmicro

1 red chilli, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
100 g pineapple, peeled and cubed
60 ml (¼ c) water
200 g pork fillet, cooked
rice and finely shredded spring onion to serve
1 In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and cornflour. Microwave on full power for 30 seconds.
2 Stir in the chillies and pineapple and microwave on full power for 30 seconds.
3 Add the water and stir in the pork. Microwave on full power for 1 minute or until the sauce is thick. Serve on rice and garnish with spring onion.
