1kg baba-aartappeltjies, skoon afgewas

25ml olie

1 groot ui, gehalveer, geskil en fyn gekap

2 knoffelhuisies, gekneus, fyngemaak

25ml matige kerriepoeier

5ml borrie

1 brandrissie, ontpit en gekap

3 suurlemoen of lourierblare

15ml fyngekapte, vars gemmerwortel

30ml goue stroop

125ml wynasyn

125ml aftreksel

AFRONDING:

100ml grofgekapte koljanderblare(opsioneel)

Skep die aartappeltjies in ‘n kastrol, bedek met kraanwater, geur met sout, verhit tot kookpunt en kook vir 10 minute. Bedek en laat 5 minute staan. Verhit intussen die olie in ‘n groot kastrol en voeg die uie en knoffel by. Roerbraai vir 2-3 minute. Strooi die kerriepoeier, borrie, brandrissie, suurlemoenblare en gemmer oor. Voeg die gouestroop, asyn en aftreksel by. Verhit tot kookpunt en prut vir 2 minute. Dreineer die aartappeltjies en skep in kastrol met die sous. Strooi die koljanderblare oor en sit voor met braaivleis.
