Grenadella-limonade

(sowat 2 liter)

200 g (250 ml) suiker

250 ml water

250 ml grenadella-pulp (sowat 10 grenadellas)

sap en skil van 4 suurlemoene

500 g ys

2 liter yskoue sodawater

Bring suiker en water tot kookpunt oor matige hitte en laat prut vir sowat 8 minute tot suiker gesmelt is. Voeg grenadella-pulp en sap en skil van suurlemoene by. Laat kook vir nog 2 minute. Verwyder van plaat en laat afkoel tot koud. Draai ys toe in skoon kombuisvadoek en slaan met ‘n koekroller tot fyn stukkies ys. Gooi in groot beker saam met koue stroop. Gooi sodawater by en sit voor.

Wenk: As jy Sprite pleks van sodawater gebruik, is die drankie soeter.
