Grenadella-yskastert

Lewer 1 groot bak

Bereiding: 15 minute

Verkoeltyd: 2-3 uur

1 blik (410 g) ingedampte melk, oornag verkoel

125 ml (½ k) strooisuiker

1 blikkie (110 g) grenadellamoes

1 dosie (80 g) jellie, suurlemoengeur

250 ml (1 k) kookwater

2 pakkies (200 g elk) Tennisbeskuitjies

grenadellamoes of suurlemoenskyfies vir versiering

Klits die koue melk en voeg die suiker stadig by. Voeg die grenadellamoes by en meng.

Meng die jellie en kookwater, roer tot opgelos. Laat afkoel, maar moenie dit laat stol nie.

Roer in by die melkmengsel.

Pak ’n laag Tennisbeskuitjies in ’n groot bak en giet van die melkmengsel oor.

Herhaal die lae en eindig met die melkmengsel.

Verkoel tot stewig.

Sit voor met ekstra grenadellamoes of dun skyfies suurlemoen.
