BEDRUIPSOUS:

80ml vrugteblatjang

45ml heuning

10ml vars gekapte pietersielie

5ml vars gekapte of 2ml droë roosmaryn

5ml mosterdpoeier

2ml kerriepoeier

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

Meng al die bestanddele vir die bedruipsous.

Braai tjops 15-20 minute oor matige kole tot gaar en goudbruin, keer teen die einde van die gaarmaaktyd dikwels om en bedruip met sous. Sit dadelik voor.
