1 knoffelhuisie, gekneus

10ml olie

200ml tamatiesous

150ml water

75ml bruinsuiker

30ml Worcester-sous

5ml sout

10ml mosterd

Soteer uie en knoffel in olie tot deurskynend. Voeg die res van die bestandele by en prut vir 5 minute. Heerlik saam met oor die kole gebraaide hamburgerkoekies.
