ABSOLUUT HEERLIK!!!!

4x250ml gewone of kitsmieliemeel

5ml sout

knypie rooipeper

sowat 2 liter water

125ml gekapte grondbone

250g spek (fyn gesny en gebraai)

250g sampioene (fyngesny en in spek-vet gebraai

250ml Cheddarkaas (gerasper)

50ml suur room of gewone jogurt

sout en peper na smaak

Meng mieliemeel, sout, rooipeper en water en kook tot 'n slap pap. Strooi grondbone in 'n gesmeerde oondskottel en skep 'n lagie pap bo-oor. Meng res van die bestanddele en skep beurtelings met pap in lae in skottel- 2 lae spekmengsel en 2 lae pap. Strooi gerasperde kaas bo-oor en bak sowat 1 uur by 180C.
