Straight from British Columbia is this 15-minute recipe for delicious prawn skewers!
Below is our recipe instructions, right from Gramma Macklem’s Kitchen at Dominion Macklem Mortgages. This is a delightful dish you can’t pass up!
Ingredients:
1 lb. large shrimp
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 red onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
Bamboo skewers
Directions:
Cut peppers and onions into 1 inch pieces
Thread shrimp and vegetables onto soaked bamboo skewers.
Cook on a BBQ for about 8 minutes, turning several times.
Baste with lemon juice.
