Bill’s Melt in Your Mouth Ribs

Ingredients:

1 package back ribs

2 large onions

4 garlic cloves slicedRib rub

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp brown sugar

¾ tsp EACH of garlic power & onion powder

½ teaspoon EACH of black pepper, lemon pepper & saltamazing rib bbq sauce

½ cup ketchup

½ cup Chili Sauce

½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions: Remove white membrane from the back side of the ribs. Rinse ribs under cold water and blot dry. Mix the Rib Rub ingredients together & massage into ribs. Place ribs on foil lined baking sheet and cover with sliced onion and garlic. Cover and seal with another piece of foil.

Bake at 275°F for 2 hours. A little longer if not tender. Remove ribs and discard juices, onions and garlic. Brush ribs generously with the Rib BBQ Sauce. Grill 5-10 minutes or until lightly charred.
