Gramma Macklem’s Shortbread Cookies

Coming straight from Gramma Macklem’s Kitchen is this short and simple homemade recipe that will have you wanting to make Shortbread Cookies more often!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup butter

Recipe:

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll out to 1/2” thickness and cut with Christmas cookie cutters.

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Place on cooling rack before serving.
