Stir-Fried Squid with Peppers – Recipe Card

Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
1 onion, cut into strips
1 cup of fresh snow peas
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup of mushroom
1 1/2 pound of squid – cut into 1 inch strips
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (or your favorite stir fry sauce)
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of oil, bell peppers, onions, peas, mushrooms and half the cilantro.
Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Season the squid with garlic powder, soy, and oyster sauce, and stir into the pan.
Cook mixture until squid is done, about 10 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle the remaining cilantro, tomato over the top of the squid mixture.
Cover and let sit for 3 minutes.
