Microwave rocky roads

Preparation: 5 min

Cooking: 2 min

500 ml (2 c) peanuts, toasted

300 g marshmallows

300 g milk chocolate, broken into pieces

15 g butter

385 g condensed milk

Line a 23 x 23 cm tin with baking paper all around.

1 Place the peanuts and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl and toss to mix well. Set aside.

2 In a microwave-proof bowl, add the chocolate chips, butter and condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir, then microwave again for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

3 Cool for 2 minutes then stir it into the marshmallow and peanut mixture until all are coated.

4 Spread into the prepared tin and chill for 2 hours in the fridge. Cut into squares.
