1 kg wildsvleis 3 groot uie fyn gekap 1 E gekapte knoffel sout en swart varsgemaalde peper na smaak 1/4 T fyn nealtjies 1 E worchestersous 3 E youngbessie konfyt 2 E fyn koljander 1 T gemengde speserye 125 gr holsum vet

METODE: Kook vleis van bene Haal uit water en hou water eenkant Haal bene uit en maal vleis met vleismeuletjie Braai ui in vet tot sag Voeg res van bestandele by en 125 ml van die water Roer tot deur warm en goed gemeng Haal van stoof en voeg die volgende by 4 snye brood korsies afgesny en geweek van die water waarin vleis gekook het Druk water uit en voeg by vleis saam met 1/2 k rou hawermout Meng goed deur . Rol deeg uit en plaas vleis daarop. Vou toe en sny worsrolletjies in verlangde groote
