Betsanddele

8 dun snye witbrood

200g garnale, gedreineer

1 klein uitjie, fyn gekap

25ml oester/sojasous

3ml fyn gemmer

25ml gekapte pietersielie

2 eiers

125ml melk

sout en peper

250ml witbroodkrummels

200ml sesamsaad

olie vir diepvetbraai

Metode

Verwyder die korsies van die brood en sny elke sny in 9 vierkantjies.Meng garnale, ui,oestersous, gemmer en pietersielie saam. Plaas ‘n skeppie van die mengsel op ‘n broodvierkantjie en plaas ‘n ander stukkie bo-op. Maak so toebroodjies van al die vierkantjies en vulsel. Klits die eiers en die melk liggies en geur met sout en peper. Meng die krummels en sesamsaad.Doop elke toebroodjie in die eiermengsel en rol daarna in die krummelmengsel. Verhit die olie in ‘n kastrol en diepvetbraai tot mooi bruin.
