Calamari met uie

Goedkoper as wat jy sou dink.

1 kg calamari (buise en tentakels) 200 ml olyfolie3 uie, dun gesny 4 lourierblaresout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak 4 huisies knoffel fyngedruksap van ½ suurlemoenhand vol fyngekapte pietersielie

Was die calamari skoon en sny in klein blokkies. Verhit die olyfolie in ’n braaipan en braai die calamari bruin. Voeg die uie by en braai vir so 3 minute. Geur met die lourierblare, knoffel, sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper. Maak toe met deksel en kook vir ongeveer 1 uur oor lae hitte. Indien nodig, geur met nog sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper. Gooi nou die suurlemoensap en pietersielie by. Sit warm of koud voor. As jy dit koud voorsit, sprinkel nog olyfolie oor.
