Sampioene met knoffel

100 ml olyfolie 6 huisies knoffel, in skyfies gesny 500 g sampioene 2 ml paprika sout na smaak 50 ml sjerrie 30 ml gekapte pietersielie

Verhit die olie in ’n pan. Die olie moenie baie warm wees nie. Voeg die knoffel by en braai effens bruin. Gooi nou die sampioene by, roer gedurig en kook tot al die olie geabsorbeer is. Geur met paprika en sout. Voeg die sjerrie by en gooi die gekapte pietersielie oor. Laat minstens 2 uur lank marineer voor jy dit voorsit. Jy kan dit ook oornag in die yskas laat marineer.
