Easy Hummus Recipe.

Ingredients: Drain 1 tin of chickpeas and pour into liquidiser or food processor. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon (or more ) crushed garlic, 4 tablespoons tahini or peanut butter (smooth one ) and seasoning of your choice,
Method: Blend untill smooth and serve. Hummus can be stored in a sealed container in fridge for up to a week.
