Broccoli Butternut Baby tomatoes & baby potatoes Carrots Baby marrows Sweet potato cubed or cut small Green peppers Green beans Garlic butter Fresh thyme Fresh rosemary Dried thyme Dried herbs Robertsons spices-make your own combination-I used aeromatic spice & roasted garlic n rustic herbs (by robetsons) Olive oil
Mix everything together well- then layer the butternut-potatoes n onions last-also top of with spices n put in oven. 180%c -check when done take out n enjoy
