Christmas Cake Recipe

450 g Fruit Mix 50 g diced Dates and extra cherries 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 125 g butter

Boil all these ingredient together for a minute until butter is melted. Let is cool down completely.

Add 1 teaspoon of bi carbonate Soda 1 teaspoon mix spice 1 egg – beaten 1 cup of brandy

Mix well

Add 2 cups plain flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Lightly Mix.

Pour into well greased cake tin and bake 160 for 1 hour 45 minutes Pour 1 cup of brandy over while cake is warm and let it cool completely before wrapping it in foil. Repeat this several times before Christmas Enjoy!!
