Moet nie na elke "hype" gryp om gewig te verloor nie,doen behoorlik navorsing,maak seker daar is GEEN langdurige newe effekte nie, moet nie alles glo wat die bemarkings foefies jou vertel nie. Gebruik natuurlike middels (wat verseker natuurlik is en nie sinteties of met preserveer middels nie) geen newe effekte en dit is volhoubaar
