Ingredients
1 litre milk 250ml fresh cream 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1 tsp subja seeds (soaked) Grated falooda 1 tsp elachi syrup 2 tblsp rose syrup
Make the falooda as follows 1 cup water 3 tsp china grass powder (agar agar) Half tsp rose syrup 2 tblsp sugar
Boil together until thick. Set in a shallow dish.
Use a large jug. Pour in you milk and cream. Mix well. Add half the ice cream and syrups And mix well. Add subja and falooda. Top with ice cream
