Bestanddele:

hoender in lang repies gesny

uie, gesny

knoffel, fyngedruk

wortelrepies

murgpampoentjie in repies

sampioene, gesny

sout

suurlemoenpeper

koeskoes

gemengde neute, liggies gebraai

Metode:

Sny die hoender in lekker lang repies.

Braai die hoender bruin in klapperolie.

Voeg die groente by en roerbraai vir 2 minute saam met die hoender.

Geur met sout en suurlemoenpeper.

Bedien op koeskoes met liggies gebraaide neute oorgestrooi

Dit is 'n wenner ete en baie gesond.

Kan as 'n slaai ook voorgesit word met rooi, geel en groen pepers gebraai met 'n suurlemoen en heuning sousie oor.
